How It Works
Book Your Stall in 4 Simple Steps
1. Choose Your Event & Stall Type
Browse our upcoming flea markets across Bangalore. Select the event that fits your schedule and choose your stall size based on your product display needs.
2. Fill the Booking Form & Submit Products
Complete our quick online form with your brand details, product category and preferred placement. Include 2–3 photos of your products for our curation team to review.
3. Receive Confirmation & Pay
Our team reviews applications within 24–48 hours. Once approved, complete your booking by paying the stall fee via UPI, bank transfer or Razorpay.
4. Set Up & Start Selling!
Arrive 1 hour before market opening for setup. Our team will guide you to your stall, help with setup and ensure you have everything you need for a successful day.
Stall Guidelines
What You Need to Know Before Booking
Accepted Categories
Handmade products, vintage items, upcycled goods, independent fashion labels, artisan food, plants, books, art, candles, skincare, jewellery, home decor and more.
Not Accepted
Mass-manufactured products, duplicate or counterfeit goods, products with political/religious messaging, or anything that doesn't align with our community values.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must maintain their stall space cleanly, arrive on time for setup, have proper pricing displayed and be present throughout the event hours.
Refund Policy
Cancellations 7+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 15 days receive a 20% refund or credit for a future market.
Photography & Use
By participating, sellers agree that The Flea Collective may photograph and use images of their stall for promotional purposes on social media and our website.
